60 minute training designed for athletes that want to skyrocket their abilities to the next level. If an athlete feels like they need one on one attention or just don’t feel like a group training is beneficial then this program is designed for them. This program is also for athletes that are returning from injury and need to ease their way back into the game.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
60 minute training designed to accommodate anywhere from 2-5 athletes. It is great for athletes that want to train with their “Buddy” in a small setting. It also designed for athletes who want to translate the skills they learn without getting overwhelmed.
75 minute training designed to accommodate 6-12 athletes that want showcase their skills while being challenged by other athletes. The individual attention is limited during the session.
90 minute training designed to accommodate up to 11+ athletes. This training is designed for athletes/teams that are preparing for club and/ high school soccer. It is a conditioning based program.
We also offer goalkeeper, training, clinics, tournaments as well as seasonal camps.
