Cancellation Policy:
It is the Client’s responsibility to notify Coach 24 hours in advance of the scheduled sessions to reschedule or cancel.
Coach reserves the right to bill Client for a missed session. Coach will attempt in good faith to reschedule the missed session.
Refund Policy:
Any missed sessions or cancelled sessions with less than 24 hours advance notice will be forfeited.
After the Coaching program has begun, any unused sessions will not be refunded, but may be rescheduled for up to 6 months after the initial payment.
All unused sessions expire 6 months after initial payment. Unused Coaching sessions may be transferable provided the new Client is ready and willing to actively participate in the Coaching program.
If unexpected circumstances prevent the Client from completing all of their scheduled sessions, then the Client may request a refund for the amount pertaining to the remaining sessions. If approved, the refund will be issued, minus a 5% transaction fee.
Termination:
We reserve the right to modify or terminate services and the Client-Company relationship at any time for reasons such as, but not limited to, dangerous or criminal behaviour on the part of the Client, inappropriate or offensive behaviour from the Client, or irresponsible or disrespectful behavior from the Client. EdHope Academy will notify the Client with the reason for termination or modification and notice that it is effective immediately on the day that we contact the Client about modification or termination. In such situations, at the discretion of EdHope Academy, a refund may or may not be issued for any remaining sessions or services that were paid for but not completed.
